The interior, room, beds, cleanliness, and comfort were all exceptional. The value for money was excellent, and the all-inclusive package offered abundant food and drinks. The pool was enjoyable, with options for both sun and shade.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and spoke good English. the hotel's location was ideal , just a short 5, minute walk from the beach, but away from the busy and noisy strip. the sea view from our upper, floor room was breathtaking, and the interior was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the well, designed eating area and the delicious spread of food in the restaurant. our experience at Excelsior was fantastic!

hotel excelsior made us feel at home, could not recommend more highly! the food offered daily has a huge variety options and great choices for vegetarians too. there is really something for everyone. the staff were attentive at cleaning away plates. the place was immaculate. the room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. location was great, the beach is only a ten minute walk away, there’s a free shuttle offered too which we didn’t need as it was so close. the bar has a fab range of drinks and very friendly staff running it. the pool side had plenty of chairs and was in the gardens so felt private.

The animation team at Excelsior Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Their energy and enthusiasm made our stay truly enjoyable. They organized fun activities like darts, volleyball, and water gym at the pool every day. It was a beautiful holiday experience that we won't forget.

As longer term business travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to the beach and easy access to shops. the parking available near the entrance was convenient, especially during our stay at the end of September. We also appreciated the friendly bartender at the pool area and the polite cleaning staff. the plenty of food provided in the restaurant was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes including fish, pork, veal, duck, turkey.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is superb, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, like table tennis and volleyball. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Plus, there were loads of sun beds available around the sides of the hotel to relax and soak up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot!

That there were quite a few stairs to get down to the beach, which could be a bit challenging for some people.
